Concern for Missing Silver Spring Area Juvenile

Update: September 4, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. - Dulce Salazar has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department -Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Silver Spring area juvenile.

Dulce Salazar, age 14, was last seen by family when she left her Corwin Drive home on foot at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Monday, September 3.  Salazar is described as a Hispanic female, 5’02” tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.  Salazar was last seen wearing a pink hat, tan shirt, pink shorts, and a purple and white book bag.  Salazar had a black and white long sleeve shirt tied around her waist.   Salazar is known to frequent the Woodside Skatepark located at 8818 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring and the Takoma Park Skatepark located at 15 Darwin Avenue in Takoma Park.

Police and family are concerned for Dulce Salazar’s welfare.
