Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man

Update: September 11, 2018 - Isaac Puacquel was located deceased in a wooded area near his home.  No foul play is suspected.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Silver Spring man.

Isaac Puacquel, age 47, of East Wayne Avenue was last seen by family when he left his home on foot during the morning hours of Saturday, September 8.

Isaac Puacquel is described as a Hispanic male, 5’ 5” tall, and weighing 180 pounds.  He has short black hair and brown eyes.  Puacquel is known to frequent the Flower Avenue and Piney Branch Road areas of Silver Spring.

Police and family are concerned for Puacquel’s physical and emotional welfare.
