Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 3rd District Investigative Section continue to investigate the August 27 indecent exposure that occurred in the laundry room of an apartment building in White Oak.  Today, investigators are releasing a surveillance video of the male suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.

On August 27 at approximately 7:27 p.m., 3rd District officers responded to an apartment building located in the 11200 block of Oak Leaf Drive for the report of an indecent exposure that had just occurred.  The 24-year-old female victim told officers that she was alone in a laundry room of the building when the suspect entered.  The suspect exposed himself to the victim and then blocked the door to the laundry room to prevent the victim from leaving.  The suspect inappropriately touched himself before he fled.
