Detectives Investigate Commercial Burglary in North Bethesda; Surveillance Video of Suspects Released

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section continue to investigate the November 7 commercial burglary of a L.L. Bean store in North Bethesda.  Today, detectives are releasing surveillance video of the suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.

On November 7 at approximately 1:11 a.m., 2nd District officers responded to the L.L. Bean store located at 925 Rose Avenue for the report of a commercial burglary. An employee responded to the store after being notified of an alarm activation and discovered that the store had been burglarized.   The investigation by detectives determined that at approximately 12:50 a.m., the two suspects forced entry into the store through a window.  The suspects stole property and fled.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information about this burglary is asked to contact the 2nd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6710.  To be eligible for a reward, tipsters may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or enter a tip online. Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest and/or indictment of the suspects.  Tipsters will remain anonymous.
