Concern for Missing Potomac Man (LOCATED)

Update: February 7, 2019 - Ricky Kapoor has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Potomac man.

Ricky Kapoor, age 24, was last in contact with family members on December 29, 2018.  Kapoor was last known to be in the area of Houston, Texas, but may have returned to the Montgomery County area.

Kapoor is described as a white male, 5' 06” tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last observed driving a 2000 Nissan Xterra, silver in color, displaying Pennsylvania license plate, KFA8832.

Police and family members are concerned for Kapoor's physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Ricky Kapoor is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
