Detectives Investigate Commercial Burglary in Bethesda; Surveillance Photographs of Suspect Released

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section continue to investigate the November 26 commercial burglary of the Wonders at Edgemoor in Bethesda. Today, detectives are releasing surveillance photographs of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.

The investigation revealed that the suspect entered the Wonders at Edgemoor located at 4805 Edgemoor Lane on Monday, November 26, 2018, at approximately 7 p.m. and obtained property from the business. Detectives reviewed the video surveillance from the business that showed the suspect entering the business several times before fleeing with the stolen property.

Anyone with information about the suspect or this burglary is asked to contact the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6710. Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest for this crime.
