Detectives Seek the Public’s Assistance in Locating Rockville Man

For Immediate Release: Friday, March 1, 2019

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4^th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.

Michael Lee Higgins, age 29, of the 4000 block of Sweetbirth Drive in Rockville, was last seen on February 25 at approximately 11:00 p.m.

Michael is described as a white male, 5’9” tall, and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He has short brown hair with green eyes.

Investigators and family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Michael Higgins is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
