Update: March 22, 2019 - Tylasia Claudia Russell has been located safe and unharmed. Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown woman.
Tylasia Claudia Russell, age 19, was last seen by family at approximately 12:56 this afternoon (Thursday, March 21) when she left her Aberstraw Way home on foot. Russell is described as an African American female, 4’11” tall and weighing 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Russell was last seen wearing a red jacket over a white T-shirt, gray sweatpants, white shoes, and carrying a gray purse. She is known to frequent the Milestone shopping center in Germantown.
Police and family are concerned for Russell’s welfare.
