Three Suspects Arrested After Police Interrupt Robbery at White Oak 7-Eleven

At approximately 3:45 this morning, Montgomery County Department of Police officers (MCP) were in the area of the 7-Eleven convenience store located at 11303 Lockwood Drive in White Oak when they observed two suspects inside of the 7-Eleven committing what was believed to be a robbery of the store.  MCP officers intervened in the robbery and two adult male suspects fled from the 7-Eleven on foot.  Both of these suspects were apprehended by MCP officers.  A third adult male suspect fled from the robbery in a pick-up truck and was apprehended by officers following a traffic collision in Prince George’s County.

This remains an active and ongoing investigation.  Detectives are working to determine if these three suspects were involved in any of the prior robberies in the area where ATM’s were targeted.

Updates, including the identities of the three suspects, will be provided once they have been formally charged.
