Concern for Missing Olney Man (LOCATED)

Update: May 14, 2019 - Beruk Sheferaw Dagne has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Olney man.

Beruk Sheferaw Dagne, age 39, of Hines Court, was last seen by family at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, when he was dropped at the Silver Spring Metro Station located at 8400 Colesville Road in Silver Spring.

Dagne is described as an African American male, 5’ 6” tall and weighing 145 pounds. He has brown eyes, brown hair, and he has a goatee.  Dagne was last seen wearing a blue jacket, tan pants, a brown hat, and black tennis shoes.  Dagne is known to frequent the Northwest, Washington, D.C. area.

Police are concerned for Dagne’s physical and emotional welfare.
