Missing Man from Silver Spring; Concern for Welfare

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man from Silver Spring.

Justin Paul Francis Jefferson Smith, age 40, was last seen leaving his apartment located in the 8500 block of 16th Street in Silver Spring on Saturday, June 1st.  Mr. Smith does not have a vehicle.  Family members are concerned for his welfare and reported his absence to the police.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Justin Paul Francis Jefferson Smith is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
