Detectives Ask the Public for Assistance in Locating Potomac Woman (LOCATED)

UPDATE:  Sophia Catherine Kundanmal has been located safe and sound!!

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Potomac woman.

Sophia Catherine Kundanmal, age 18, is described as a white, female, 5'9", weighing approximately 115 pounds, with long, light brown hair, and light brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and gray sweat pants.

Kundanmal was last seen on today's date around 4:00 am, leaving her home on Vendome Court in Potomac.

Police and family are concerned for Kundanmal's physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Sophia Catherine Kundanmal is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
