Police Seek Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Silver Spring Man (LOCATED)

Update: July 8, 2019 - Keith Robert Shelton has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing man from Silver Spring.

Keith Robert Shelton is described as a black male, age 62, weighing 170 pounds, and stands 5'11" tall.  He was last seen driving a dark blue, 2018 Porche Macan bearing a Maryland tag of 7CY8333.

Shelton was last seen around 6:40 pm, leaving his address in the 2100 blocks of Walsh View Terrace in Silver Spring.  Family indicated that he was heading to Montgomery Mall.  Around 3:30 am, this morning, Prince George's County Police encountered Shelton in the Watkins Park Drive area in Prince George's County.  They provided directions for him to return to Montgomery County, but he has not returned home yet.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
