Police Seek Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Silver Spring Woman (LOCATED)

Update: July 10, 2019 - Brittany Renee Owens has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring woman.

Brittany Renee Owens is described as a black female, age 24, standing 5’-10” tall and weighing approximately 200 lbs. She is a resident of the 8200 block of 16th Street in Silver Spring.

Owens is believed to possibly be in New York City. Police and family are concerned for her physical and emotional well-being.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Brittany Renee Owens is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
