Concern for Missing Fairland Area Man (LOCATED)

Update: July 12, 2019 (4:30 pm) -  Manuel Flores-Gutierrez has been located.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Fairland area man.

Manuel Flores-Gutierrez, age 44, was last seen by family at approximately 10:00 a.m. yesterday (Thursday, July 11) when he left his Hickory Leaf Way home driving his 1997 dark grey Nissan (unknown model) with Maryland tag: 4CD9793.

Flores-Gutierrez is described as a Hispanic male who is 5’ 6” tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Police and family are concerned for Gutierrez’s physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Manuel Flores-Gutierrez or his vehicle is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
