Concern for Missing Germantown Man (LOCATED)

Update: August 8, 2019 - Han Ngoc Pham has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - 5th District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Germantown man.

Han Ngoc Pham, age 44, is described as an Asian male, standing 5'08", and weighing approximately 140 pounds.  Pham has brown eyes and collar length black hair.  He was last seen on August 7th at 8:00 pm in the area of the 13300 blocks of Rushing Water Way in Germantown.

Police and family are concerned for Pham's welfare.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Han Ngoc Pham is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
