Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Juvenile (LOCATED)

Update (8/18/19) - Cesar Segovia has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police- Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Gaithersburg juvenile.

Cesar Segovia, age 13, of Driftwood Court, was last seen leaving his residence on foot yesterday (August 13) at approximately 10:30 a.m.

Segovia is described as a Hispanic male, 5’6? tall, and weighing 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Segovia frequents the Germantown area (Route 355 and Middlebrook Road area).

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Segovia is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
