Police Ask Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Juvenile from Wheaton (LOCATED)

Update: August 30, 2019 - Rocio Rodriguez Benitez has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police- Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Wheaton juvenile.

Rocio Rodriguez Benitez, age 12, of Littleton Street, was last seen leaving her residence today (August 29) at approximately 2:00 a.m.

Benitez is described as a Hispanic female, 5’1? tall, and weighing 115 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Benitez is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
