Free Emergency Preparedness Class Offered on October 19, 2019

What: The Montgomery County Department of Police, in partnership with the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service and the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, are hosting a free emergency preparedness training class.  During this class, personnel will present information on Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) training, CPR, the use of tourniquets, and family emergency planning.    Due to the nature of this training, this class is recommended for persons 18 and older.

When: Saturday, October 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Where:  This training class will take place at the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Academy located at 8751 Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg.
