Concern for Missing Germantown Man (LOCATED)

October 30, 2019: Han Pham has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the 5th District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Germantown man.

Han Pham, age 45, was last seen at approximately 2:00 a.m., yesterday (Saturday, October 26) when he left his Rushing Water Way home on foot.

Pham is described as an Asian male, 5’9? tall, and weighing 140 pounds.  He has brown eyes and collar-length black hair.  He was last seen wearing a brown fleece jacket and blue jeans.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Han Pham is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
