UPDATE: 11/15/19 - Joseph Moubarek has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Germantown man.

Joseph Moubarek, age 22, of the 12000 blocks of Winding Creek Way in Germantown, was last seen today around 2:30 pm, at the Enterprise Rent-a-Car located at 15123 Frederick Road in Rockville.

Moubarek stands 5'06" tall, weighs 145 lbs, has brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing a blue jacket and blue fleece top. He was also wearing cream colored pants and black boots.

Moubarek has Down's Syndrome and has been known to use the bus and METRO rail system. He was located at Catholic University on a previous occasion.

Police and family are concerned for Moubarek's well-being.
