Concern for Missing Man with Dementia (LOCATED)

Update: December 9, 2019 - Sea Wong has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 74-year-old man from Manhattan, New York, who has dementia.

Sea Wong was last seen at approximately 4:30 p.m., today (Sunday, December 8) when he left the Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center (located at 11890 Healing Way in Silver Spring) on foot.

Wong is approximately 5’ 6? tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.  He has brown eyes and black hair.  Wong was last seen wearing a black and green winter coat, black sweat pants, and a blue beanie hat.

Anyone with information regarding Sea Wong’s whereabouts or anyone who sees him is asked to call the Montgomery County Department of Police at 301-279-8000 (available 24/7).
