Concern for Missing Germantown Woman (Located)

UPDATE: December 15, 2019 (9:17 pm): Cindy Figueroa-Pena has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Germantown woman.

Cindy Figueroa-Pena, age 18, of Choctaw Court, was last seen today at approximately 11:00 a.m. when she left her home on foot after a disagreement with a family member.

Family members and police are concerned for her emotional and physical well-being.

Figueroa-Pena is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and long black hair. Figueroa-Pena also wears glasses.

Figueroa-Pena was last seen wearing black leggings with the word "Love" written in silver below the waist on the back of the leggings, a black, waist-length zippered jacket, and burgandy UGG boots.

Anyone with information regarding Cindy Figueroa-Pena’s whereabouts or anyone who sees her is asked to call the Montgomery County Department of Police at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
