(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Travilah Area Man with Dementia

Update: December 31, 2019, -  Robin Kangling Tang has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 1^st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 74-year-old man from the Travilah area who has dementia.

Robin Kangling Tang was last seen at approximately 7:08 p.m. on Monday, December 23, when he left his Grey Fox Lane home, possibly in a taxi.  Family has been unable to contact Mr. Tang and recently reported him as missing.

Mr. Tang is approximately 5’ 4? tall and weighs approximately 159 pounds.  He has brown eyes and grey hair.  Mr. Tang uses a walking stick to assist with his mobility and was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.

Anyone with information regarding Robin Kangling Tang’s whereabouts or anyone who sees him is asked to call the Montgomery County Department of Police at 301-279-8000 (available 24/7).
