Concern for Missing Germantown Juvenile (LOCATED)

Update: 2/24/20 - Justice Navarro has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking the public for help in locating a missing Germantown juvenile.

Justice Navarro, age 14, of the 11000 block of Brundidge Terrace, was last seen on the afternoon of February 13.

Navarro is described as approximately 5’01” tall and 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair that has been dyed blue.  She has a birthmark on her right cheek.

Police and family are concerned for Navarro's well-being.  There is no foul play suspected in this missing person case.
