Concern for Missing Wheaton Juvenile (LOCATED)

Update: 2/24/20 - Danys Cruz has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking the public for help in locating a missing Wheaton juvenile.

Danys Cruz, age 13, of the 10800 block of Georgia Avenue, was last seen at his residence at approximately 2:30 this morning.

Cruz is described as approximately 5’05” tall and 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Police and family are concerned for Cruz' well-being due to his age.  There is no foul play suspected in this missing person case.
