Concern for Missing Aspen Hill Area Man with Dementia (LOCATED)

UPDATE: March 7, 2020 (9:19 pm) - William James Kelley has been located safe and unharmed and is being reunited with family!

The Montgomery County Department of Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Aspen Hill area man who has dementia.



William James Kelley, age 79, was last seen at his Bardot Street residence earlier today.  When a family member returned to the house from running an errand at approximately 1:30 p.m., Kelley was no longer at the home.  Kelley does not drive.

Kelley is described as approximately 5’8? tall, weighs approximately 140 pounds, and has brown eyes and short gray hair.   He has a mustache.

Kelley was last seen wearing a gray shirt under a gray sweater, blue jeans, and brown dress shoes.

Kelley is known to frequent the Aspen Hill Shopping Center located at 13661 Connecticut Avenue and the Aspen Hill library located at 4407 Aspen Hill Road.
