Detectives Investigate Shots Fired in Residential Parking Lot in Montgomery Village

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police– 6th District Investigative Section are investigating the discharge of a firearm that occurred last night in the parking lot of the apartment complex located at 18700 Walkers Choice Road in Montgomery Village.  No victims were reported to having been struck by the gunfire and detectives did not locate any damage to property.

Last night (Friday, March 27), at approximately 8:58 p.m., the Emergency Communications Center (911) received multiple calls for the sound of shots fired in the 18700 block of Walkers Choice Road.

6th District officers responded to the area and spoke with witnesses who stated that after hearing the sound of shots, they observed two suspects fleeing from the area in a champagne colored four-door sedan.  The first suspect is described as a black male with a thin build, with long dreadlocks, wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants.  The second suspect is described as a black male with a thin build and wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt.

Officers located spent shell casings in the parking lot of the apartment complex located at 18700 Walkers Choice Road.
