UPDATE: April 16, 2020: Tiara Feist has been located safe and unharmed.

The Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) is asking for the public’s help in locating a teenager missing from the White Oak area.

Tiara Feist, age 15, of the 11800 block of Old Columbia Pike, was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 10:00 pm on Monday, April 13.

Police and family are concerned for Feist's physical and emotional welfare. There is no indication of foul play involved in this missing person case at this time.

Feist is described as approximately 5’04” tall, weighs approximately 120 pounds, and has brown eyes and dyed red hair.
