(LOCATED) Silver Alert Issued for Missing Bethesda Area Man

For Immediate Release: Saturday, May 9, 2020

Update: May 10 at 8:30 a.m. - Mr. Kalogerakis has been located safe and unharmed and the Silver Alert has been canceled.  

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Bethesda area man.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 85-year-old Emanuel E. Kalogerakis.

Mr. Kalogerakis was last seen at approximately 6:00 p.m. today (Saturday, May 9) when he left his Rockville Pike home driving his 2005 silver Toyota Camry with Maryland tags: MPN325.

Mr. Kalogerakis is 5’ 9” tall and weighs 165 pounds.  He has dark eyes and gray hair.  Mr. Kalogerakis was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Mr. Kalogerakis’ welfare.

Anyone with information regarding Emanuel E. Kalogerakis’ whereabouts or anyone who sees his vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
