On Monday, May 11, at approximately 3:22 p.m., the Emergency Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call from a resident in the 900 block of Balmoral Drive reporting a possible stabbing at a neighboring home.  3rd District officers who arrived at the scene located three victims inside a home on Balmoral Drive suffering from injuries related to an assault.  The suspect was located at the scene and immediately arrested.

A female victim was declared deceased at the scene.  The second female victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.  The male victim was treated by Fire and Rescue personnel at the scene for his injuries.

The homicide victim’s body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) in Baltimore.  An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of her death.
