Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man (Located)

UPDATE: 5/31/2020: Tuan Hoang has been located safe and unharmed.


Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man from the Silver Spring area.

Tuan Hoang, age 51, of Paula Drive, was last seen yesterday, May 29, at approximately 9:30 a.m., when he left his residence to go to the 7-Eleven located at 9254 New Hampshire Avenue.  Hoang has a routine of walking to the 7-Eleven in the morning and returning to his residence in the afternoon.

Hoang is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, and a red flannel shirt.

Anyone with information about Hoang's whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
