(LOCATED) Silver Alert Issued for Missing Leisure World Woman

Update: July 16, 2020 - Ms. Koval has been located and the Silver Alert has been canceled. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Leisure World woman.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 90-year-old Delphine Koval.

Ms. Koval was last seen at approximately 4:00 p.m. today (Wednesday, July 15) when she left a business on Red Branch Road in Columbia driving her 2003 dark blue Honda CRV with Maryland tags: AEF64V.  Ms. Koval was expected to drive directly from that Columbia address to her home in Leisure World.  Family has been unable to contact her since that time.  Investigators believe that Ms. Koval may be lost in the Baltimore or Ellicott City area.

Ms. Koval is 5’ 8” tall and weighs 200 pounds.  She has dark eyes and gray hair.  Ms. Koval wears glasses and was last seen wearing a purple floral shirt, purple pants, and white tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Ms. Koval’s welfare.

Anyone with information regarding Delphine Koval’s whereabouts or anyone who sees her vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
