July 22, 2020 (8:58 pm) - Luis Moran has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 6th District are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Gaithersburg man.

Luis Fernando Moran, age 20, of Killarney Lane, was last seen leaving his residence on foot at approximately 9:20 pm on Tuesday, July 21.

Moran is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.

Moran likes to frequent the Poolesville area and sometimes uses a bicycle for transportation.

Police and family are concerned because Moran has a medical condition and is in need of medication.
