Concern for Missing Damascus Juvenile (Located)

UPDATE (8/14/2020, 8:20 pm): Zoey Fraizer has been located safe and unharmed.


Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a juvenile missing from the Damascus area.

Zoey Frazier, age 11, left her Kings Valley Road home at approximately 10:00 this morning after a disagreement with a family member. Frazier left home riding a bicycle.

Frazier is approximately 5’5” tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.

She was last seen wearing a sleeveless shirt with buttons and vertical tan and blue stripes on it and multicolored basketball shorts. She was carrying a black backpack with a white stripe on it.

Police and family are concerned for Frazier’s welfare.

Anyone with information about Zoey Frazier’s whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
