(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Germantown Woman

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, September 2, 2020

Update: September 8, 2020 - Tylasia Russell has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5^th District are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown woman.

Tylasia Russell, age 20, was last seen by family at approximately 10:15 this morning (Wednesday, September 2) when she left her Aberstraw Way home on foot.

Russell is 5’ 03” tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds.  She has brown eyes, black hair, and wears glasses. Russell was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and blue basketball shorts with orange stripes.

Police and family are concerned for Russell’s welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Tylasia Russell is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).  Callers may remain anonymous.
