Concern for Missing Germantown Man (LOCATED)

UPDATE: 9/22/2020 - Mr. Waters has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police-5th District are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Germantown man.

Ricardo Royce Waters, age 34, of Thunderhead Way, was last seen at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Monday, September 21, exiting a bus at the Germantown Transit Center.

Waters is approximately 5'7" tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Waters walks with a limp.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a rust-colored sweatshirt, and was carrying a reusable bag from Giant.

Waters has medical concerns and functions at a teenage level.

Anyone with information about Ricardo Waters' whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
