(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Germantown Area Teenager

Update: Alexandra Maikelin Merino has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenage female from Germantown.

Alexandra Maikelin Merino, age 16, was last seen by family at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 11, when she left her Skip Jack Drive home on foot.

Merino is approximately 5’ 5” tall and weighs approximately 114 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Police and family are concerned for Merino’s welfare.

Anyone with information about Alexandra Merino’s whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
