(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Bethesda Area Man

Update: November 19, 2020 - Philip Richard Horner has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Bethesda area man.

Philip Richard Horner, age 66, was last seen yesterday, Tuesday, November 17, when he left his Southport Drive residence on foot.

Horner is 5’ 9” tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.  He is balding with brown and gray hair and he has brown eyes.

Police and friends are concerned for Horner’s welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Philip Richard Horner is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
