(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Germantown Man with Down Syndrome

Update: November 21, 2020 - Joseph Moubarek has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Germantown man.

Joseph Daniel Moubarek, age 23, was last seen at approximately 10:30 a.m. yesterday, (Friday, November 20), when he left his Winding Creek Way home on foot.  Moubarek is familiar with public transportation and is known to frequent the Washington, D.C. area and the Prince George’s County area.

Moubarek is 5’ 1” tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds.  He has long black hair and brown eyes.

Police and family are concerned for Mourbarek’s welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Joseph Daniel Moubarek is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
