Detectives Investigate Armed Robbery of T-Mobile Store in Wheaton; Surveillance Video Released

Detectives from the Major Crimes Division are investigating the armed robbery of a T-Mobile store located in Wheaton and are asking anyone with information about the suspects to come forward to the Police Department.

On December 17 at approximately 8:40 pm, five suspects entered the T-Mobile store located at 2800 University Boulevard West in Wheaton.  The suspects forcefully removed cellular phones and watches from security wiring and one of the suspects pointed a gun at an employee's neck and ordered him to open the cash register.  Another employee opened the register and the suspects stole cash before fleeing the store.
