Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Man (LOCATED)

For Immediate Release: Saturday, January 9, 2021

Update: January 15, 2021 - Queinton Twine has been located safe and unharmed. 


Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Gaithersburg man.

Queinton Twine, age 22, of Carousel Court, was last seen at his home last night.  He texted a family member this morning and stated that he was leaving home.  He would not disclose his destination.  Twine does not have any known access to a vehicle. 

Family and police are concerned for Twine's emotional and physical welfare.

Twine is approximately 6'00" tall and 258 pounds.  He has black hair (with a gray area) and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, gray Nike sweatpants, and black Crocs with white socks.

Anyone with information regarding Queinton Twine's whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department at 301-279-8000 (24/7 phone line).  Callers may remain anonymous.
