Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Teenager (LOCATED)

Update: January 15, 2021 - Octavia Seeney has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police-Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager from Gaithersburg.

Octavia Seeney, age 17, of Park Avenue, was last seen at her residence on January 10.

Seeney is approximately 5’8" tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown eyes and two-toned blond hair. 

Seeney has been in contact with her family via social media but will not disclose her whereabouts.  Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone with information about Octavia Seeney's whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
