Detectives Investigate Burglary of Restaurant in Potomac; Surveillance Video of Suspect Released

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1st District Investigative Section continue to investigate the February 21 burglary of the Sugo Pizza & Bar restaurant & Carry located at 12505 Park Potomac Avenue in Potomac.  Today, detectives are releasing surveillance video of the male suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.

On February 21, at approximately 5:30 p.m., 1st District officers responded to the Sugo Pizza & Bar restaurant for a burglary that had just been discovered by an employee.  

A review of the restaurant’s surveillance video determined that at approximately 1:20 p.m. on February 21, the suspect entered the closed business, stole property, and fled.
