Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division are investigating the deaths of two adult males who were found last night in the area of November Circle in White Oak as homicides. Both victims were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
At approximately 11:47 p.m. yesterday evening (Thursday, March 24), 3rd District officers responded to the 1500 block of November Circle for the sounds of shots fired. Officers arrived at the scene at approximately 11:54 p.m. and located Brian Waters, age 25, of the 13500 block of Greencastle Ridge Terrace in Burtonsville, outside on November Circle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his body. Waters was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Simultaneously, responding officers located the second victim, Pierre Daye, age 18, of the 11500 block of White Oak Vista Terrace in White Oak outside in the area of Stewart Lane and April Lane. Daye was also found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his body. Daye was transported to a local where he succumbed to his injuries.
This investigation is ongoing.
