Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Teenager (LOCATED)

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenage female from Gaithersburg.

Sayra Beltran Chavez, age 15, was last seen by family at approximately 4;15 p.m. on Saturday, May 8, when she left her Chorlee Court home on foot.

Chavez is approximately 5’ 7” tall and weighs 229 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.  Chavez was last seen wearing a white sweater over a black shirt, blue jeans, and black and white tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Sayra Beltran Chavez’s welfare.  

Anyone with information about Sayra Beltran Chavez’s whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
