For Immediate Release: Monday, August 2, 2021

Gaithersburg, Maryland - Officers from the 4th District Community Action Team have charged Steven Hirsch Eisen, age 74, of Silver Spring, with two counts of indecent exposure.

During the investigation, Eisen was identified as a suspect who possibly committed these crimes at several locations in Kensington.

The latest incident involving Eisen occurred on July 5 at approximately 5:41 p.m., just before 4th District officers were dispatched to the 3900 block of Ferrara Dr. for the report of an indecent exposure that just occurred. Eisen was arrested on July 20 and transported to the 4th District police station where he was interviewed by detectives from the 4th District Investigative Section. During the interview, Eisen made statements acknowledging his involvement in the incidents. He was then transported to the Central Processing Unit where he is being held without bond.
