Montgomery County Police Looking for Missing Bethesda Man (LOCATED)

Update: August 23, 2021 - Emmanuel Oluwatoniloba Ozegbe has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Police 2nd District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Bethesda man.

19-year-old Emmanuel Oluwatoniloba Ozegbe was last seen leaving his Bethesda home in the 4000 block of East West Hwy on August 19, 2021.

Ozegbe left without his phone, money or car and was last seen wearing a gray North Face t-shirt, black shorts and black sneakers. He is 5-feet, 10-inches tall, 135 lbs., has brown eyes and black hair.

Police and family are concerned for Ozegbe’s welfare.  

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Emmanuel Oluwatoniloba Ozegbe is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour hotline). Callers may remain anonymous.
