Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Man (LOCATED)

Update: February 18, 2022 - Charles Wedlock, Jr. has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Cold Case Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 57-year-old male from Gaithersburg.   

   

In December 2021, Charles Wedlock, Jr. was last seen living with his cat at the Red Roof Inn on Shady Grove Rd. in Rockville. 

   

Wedlock is 6-feet tall and heavyset. He has brown/gray hair and brown eyes.  

   

Police and family are concerned for his physical welfare.   

   

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Charles Wedlock, Jr.  is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Cold Case Section at 240-773-5070.
