Concern for Missing Silver Spring Juvenile (LOCATED)

Update: March 24, 2022 - Summer Kidest Doughan has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigation Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager from Silver Spring.  

 

Summer Kidest Doughan, age 14, was last seen on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, in the 1900 block of East West Highway.  

 

Doughan is approximately 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She has a right ear piercing and a tattoo on her back. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants and black Jordan sneakers. She was also seen carrying a blue and white backpack.  

 

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
